Cox HealthPlans is pleased to provide you with additional services that can be offered in conjunction with our group health insurance plans.
Corporate Wellness Program
This program provides employees access to Health Coaches who work directly with them to conduct health screenings and establish personal wellness profiles. Employees also have access to On-Line Support Tools, Bi-Weekly Newsletters, Educational Classes and their own Individualized Report to assist them in meeting their health objectives.
EAP
This program provides members access to five counseling sessions with In-Network providers, Short-Term Counseling, and 24/7 Crisis Assistance through Burrell Behavioral Health - all at $0 copay.
Ancillary Products
Cox HealthPlans partners with Companion Life to provide a full array of ancillary products on a voluntary or employer-contribution basis. Available ancillary products are Dental, Life, Vision, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability. These products are also offered on a stand- alone basis for groups not currently enrolled with Cox HealthPlans.
Cox Fitness Center
Current Cox HealthPlans members and brokers are entitled to a membership at the Meyer Center or one of the other Cox Fitness Centers at a discounted rate.
