Cox HealthPlans provides the convenience of local service with nationwide access to Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) providers through PHCS, one of the largest PPO networks in the U.S.
Members residing within the Cox HealthPlans service area in southwest Missouri:
Select "PHCS Healthy Directions" – then click SUBMIT
Members residing outside of the Cox HealthPlans service area: Select "PHCS Network (PPO)" – then click SUBMIT
Choose a Provider Type:
Doctors or Facilities may be located through the PHCS website.
Verify your provider is a PHCS Provider:
- Physician Name
- Physician Zip Code/Address
- Physician Specialty
- CONTINUE
Listing of all PHCS Providers around a specific location (ex: your home or office):
- Zip Code to search from
- Select mile radius from zip code for which you’d like a list of providers
- CONTINUE
Directories may be printed using the PRINTER FRIENDLY button in the upper right corner.
